Description: The machine is designed for isolated biceps training with a controlled range of motion and precise adjustment to the user. The gas-assisted seat adjustment and 5-position stainless steel goniometer allow selection of the optimal starting position. Rotating handles provide a natural grip and reduce stress on the joints. The injection-moulded PU upholstery is deformation-resistant, antibacterial and fire-resistant, while a protective cover on the pad extends service life. ESSENCE CONNECT provides access to personalised programmes, workout history and strength tests.
